great proximity helpful staff organized beach
I thoroughly enjoyed the proximity to various shops and restaurants. Several options are within walking distance. the hotel staff were consistently friendly and helpful . the pool and beach areas are well-organized. They offer good service.
The minibar lacked variety. There were no options for gin, whiskey, or vodka.

underwhelming drink options
poor cocktail delayed bill
The cocktail range at the adult pool was poor. i asked for a specific drink. The bartender said it was fine. what i got was the opposite of what i asked, it wasn't good. another day, i left my stuff to walk to bluewaters and was stopped to pay the bill, but the next day, i asked four times over an hour for the bill. funny how that works.
